Who I am
Darnell White, also known abs Al-B who's the master fitness trainer and has been in Fitness for over 30! That alone is quite an accomplishment. Darnell, hailing from Richmond, VA, feels that fitness has been his passion and ministry for a long time. I’ve been in fitness since I was 19 years old. Fitness has been a part of my life since I was an adolescent. I started working on my body both changing and challenging myself to new levels early in life. Sharing my fitness skills and perfecting my craft is what I do and it is what makes me happy. My goal is to create a training plan/regime that would allow you to become the best you, according to your fitness goal and what your fitness looks like to you. - 02

I will be creating a realistic regiment schedule for you that will not be overwhelming. - 03
Aging gracefully
I will teach you how to work out according to your specific age bracket. Though you may hear some may say that age is nothing but a number, however, your body may not be in agreeance with that term.
